For your consideration is a 1949 Flip-O-Vision Topps Gun Premium Swanky Hanky with Morey Amsterdam.
These cards were premiums, which you collected one at a time, from Topps.
Accumulate enough cards, bind them together with a rubber band at the bottom, and you create a Flip-O-Vision Book.
28 total cards - I am unaware of how many cards it took to make a book - this may be short cards?
