no case
the bottom edge is split seen and will need to be reattached
the action is high (5mm at the 12th Fret) - but the bridge is pretty high and can be shaved down
otherwise the guitar is in good solid shape
some normal wear and age
company says that it stopped making guitars in 1959 but this one looks like it is from the 1960s
looks like Vox or Eko guitars I have sold Before
