Return Policy

All sales are considered final, But we accept refunds or replacement against manufacturer defects, not against the damage from use, improper installation, or abuse. We accept return/refund for manufacturer defective item only.
All defective items must be noticed to us within 4 days after received and must be returned with 14 days after received. And buyers need to return the defective item for the replacement at his-own cost. Item must be returned by Express Mail (as DHL, TNT) to our requested address.
