    Pretty  hand smocked dress for an 8" Doll such as Ten Ping, Kidz n Cats Mini , Ginny.  Made of a vintage cotton print of "Panda Bears" . Lace at the hem and neck, bodice lined, elastic at the sleeves and snap closure in back.     The measurements are total length from shoulder to hem is 4 1/2" and across the chest above the smocking is 1 7/8"    A felt Beret is included with a satin rose. .
