Lot Antique Victorian Late 1800s Early 1900s Ladies Bathing Swim Suit -RARE FIND.
Yes wow..., just wow. You will receive everything in the picture. The best I can age these is the late eighteen hundreds to the early nineteen hundreds. They are 2 womens bathing suits ( swim dresses with Bloomers on Denise that button together)
I guess you could call them bathing suits... but there is a lot of material here. Each suit has an additional like skirt that covers you up. It buttons on to it. one of them looks to be a women's large in the other one would be a women's small.... If you need more pictures or information just message me I will happily send you more photos. This is really exciting. This listing is for all five pieces. They are both missing a couple buttons so you could take the buttons off of one to use on the ither... or just add your own buttons.
They are both distressed... but they are in good shape considering there are more than a hundred years old.. One of the skirts has a couple of small holes in it.
One of them has a small tear under the arm. They are both distressed... Antique. But this is still an amazing find.
You are also getting the swim cap the ruffled hat that comes with it. I don't see a brand listed sorry
I will give the measurement for each of the base units.. the piece with the bloomerd.
The smaller one measures 43 in from the shoulder to the bottom of the Bloomers.
The larger one measures 47 in from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the Bloomer. Both approximate. The waist size is a little tricky.
The smaller one is a 26" inch waist aporox and  the larger one is a 33 inch waist approximate.
