Coronado 12mm Cemax Eyepiece - 1.25" - in pristine condition, specially designed and coated for optimized H-alpha viewing. Specifically designed for use in H-alpha and multi-coated on every surface (including cemented surfaces), the CEMAX eyepieces are the ultimate in contrast enhancement for the Solar observer. Purchased as part of a collection in the late 1990s, this eyepiece has been carefully stored in a foam-lined case in a temperature-controlled environment (a house, not a shed or garage). When used, the eyepiece was uncapped, used for observing, and then returned to its case capped. As such, it is in absolutely pristine condition and shows no signs of wear.
