Please note that shipping times during the holidays and Covid is sometimes problematic. After I drop your item off at the USPS, FedEx, or UPS counter, I have no control over shipping/delivery times. We are all at their mercy. I will say that I have not experienced any lost packages during this holiday season or Covid season. I am not a retail store. I am a homeschool mom trying to stay home and make a some additional spending money. Unlike retail, Amazon, and big box stores, I do not have the means to reimburse for lost items due to delivery error. Your complaint should be directed toward that delivery service.
