The program is written in Visual Basic and operates under Windows 95, 98, 2000,NT and XP. File data is recorded in comma delimited Excel format in .csv files.
    POWER
    - The low power required to operate the HOTMUX circuitry is taken from the RS-232 or USB adaptor data and control lines. Multi-port USB hubs may require auxiliary power. No other power source is required for operating the system.
