within the United States We ship within the United States via USPS. (UPS and FEDEX for large/ heavy shipments) Shipments are made within 1 day of payment, excluding custom orders and back ordered items, excluding weekends & major holidays. Worldwide International Shipping:
We ship worldwide via USPS Priority package and USPS Express Package. USPS First Class International is available for shipments under 4 pound to most countries. International buyers are responsible for any import or customs fees. We cannot mark merchandise below value or as "gifts" US government regulation prohibits such behavior. If you choose our USPS First Class International shipping option, please be advised that this is an "economy" shipping option. Real time tracking information is not available. Packages will take 10-18 business days to deliver.
Returns »
We accept returns on items within 30 days of purchasing. Items must be in new, uninstalled condition. Restocking/repackaging fees may apply. Please contact us for return authorization before returning items. 1/1/2015: All eBay returns must be processed through eBay hassle free returns. eBay will issue you a return authorization number once a return is initiated.
Warranty »
Products are warranted for one year from date of sale to the original customer against defects in workmanship and materials providing the installation and use of these products are in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applications. The manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to repair or replace at the manufactures option. The product provided it is returned transportation prepaid within one year within date of sale to original customer. Defects or failures due to incorrect installation, improper usage, improper alterations or handling, or by any other conditions beyond our control, are excluded from this warranty. Warranty covers the part purchased from Auto Cooling Solutions only, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Auto Cooling Solutions covers return shipping costs of a warranty item within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer after 30 days from purchase.
