Magnificent ESTATE FIND original Fabiah Alvarez handcrafted sculptured clay "Mountain Village Street Scene"mosiac wood framed wall hanging.  Made in Ecuador,dated 2004. Signed by the artist. Fabulous sculptured artwork by the renowned Ecuadorian muralist/ceramist Fabian Alvarez. His artworks are found in  Amazing folk art craftmanship. Distinctive and fine detailed brick street and realistic clay roofs. Raised/textured. Heavy ,large mosiac tile pieces. Vibrant earthtone colors with a beautiful glaze. Chipped on clay mountain range section,where there was a hole for wall hanging was placed. Very little wear on clay village. Wood frame has some wear and nicks. HARD TO FIND item.  Superior collectors piece.
