  • Condition: This is a hand made reproduction pottery pot of a Guangala Culture design from 500aC. There are irregular incision lines, stray glaze & color all typically found in hand made pottery, please see pictures #2, 3, 5 - 10 for example. There are a few scuffs & dot marks on the bottom, please see picture #12. Please see all the pictures & use the magnification feature to see all the details

    ECUADOR - GUANGALA CULTURE - POTTERY CLAY POT / ROOM DECOR / COLLECTOR'S PIECE
    Features a reproduction small clay pottery pot/ bowl/ vase in the style of the Guangala Culture 500 a.C. signed in English.  It is a natural clay tan color with cocoa brown rim & base with incised birds & mountains symbols.  This pot is not glazed so I do not recommend using it with water.  It is suitable to use with dried or artificial flowers, leaves, reeds or grasses.  Display it as a work of art.  Great addition to your South American art collection!
    Measures approximately 2.25" tall x 3" at widest with a 1 1/8" opening, please see pictures #4 - 9 & 11.
