This forest axe is made as an all around tool, suitable for various woodworking tasks. It can handle splitting and chopping well. At about 800g weigth and a 26in handle, it is convenient size for light forestry tasks where you just need a light axe on a long enough handle to do some serious work.
It is hand forged from high quality 4142 carbon steel and expertly heat treated to give the best performance.
