    Description

My name is Dave Zurick. I have been on Ebay for 24 years, only the last 5 as a seller. Starting on 1/1/22 I will not be selling on Ebay due to the new 1099K IRS tax rules. Small sellers like me were able to sell ,000 & 200 items a year and now it's 0. You will be taxed on anything over 0 for 2022 which you will get in January 2023. This is going to be a big surprise to most since this law has been kept quiet. The government seems to think that everyone who sells over 0 is a business. I am not a business, I collected for 30 years and now I sell a little to supplement my retirement income. I do not have a tax number meaning I paid tax on what I bought. This also means that I am not a business and tens of millions more who sell small amounts of items will have to file this new form come 2023. If you have receipts to prove you took a loss you will be fine. I have no receipts from yard sales, auctions, shows, estate sales etc. I don't blame Ebay or Paypal or any other online platform that collects money from merchandise sales. It's the government that has revised these new rules. You will be fine if you can sell via Paypal Family & Friends, a check, money order or cash just like the old days. Those businesses that sell a lot and have a tax number nothing will change. If I had a tax number I would certainly agree with what they are doing but, I never have had one which means I am no business. If you do get a 1099K the government considers you a business. I can't agree to that. I don't know anyone that can survive on 0 a year or even ,000 a year if that is your only means of support. I am now selling direct or via Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and Icollect247.com under ID: Great Garloo Toys Mishmash & Hodgepodge. If the government comes to it's senses and revises this unfair law It would be a very good thing to those small potato sellers like me. Thank you, Dave Zurick  ddzrave
HERSHEY'S CHEWING GUM 1915 NEAR MINT PACK OF 6 STICKS WITH WRAPPERS SUPER RARE. Here is something you don't see everyday or almost ever. One full pack of 6 sticks of Hershey gum almost like it left the factory almost 107 years ago. This is mint flavor. You get all 6 sticks with the chocolate brown wrappers and the rare Hershey tin syrup adverting on the back. All the wrappers cover the foil and the sticks of gum. The sticks are all in fantastic condition, nothing broken. One stick was stuck a little to the inside of the outer wrapper and has some light litho wear on the front perfect on the back. One of the wrappers is chocolate brown but blank, a rare processing error. The ends are near mint, one speck of foil missing on a stick. The outer paper wrapper that holds the 6 sticks is very clean and nice. There is one very small flea bite chip on one end.
Over one hundred year old full pack of Hershey's gum is a remarkable find. It was only made from 1915 until 1924. To compete with Wrigley's Hershey sold 6 sticks for a nickel instead of the industry standard of 5 sticks. Please check out my other vintage items and gum. Please ask any questions that you may have. Thank you, Dave
