Redware Angel Antique Mexican Ashtray Chicago Souvenier

I'm a collector of Mexican Redware and I've never seen anything like this one!  7 1/2" diameter ashtray has piped linear decoration in traditional colors and angel - which is a bit raised.  Oddest part to this is that it says "Su Casa" (crudely) and embossed Chicago.  Perhaps they were commissioned to make souvenirs?  No marks on bottom.  Shows age in the glaze.  No chips or cracks.
