    This drive was being used as storage for a DVR device, but suddenly stopped working.  Maybe you can fix it?  Or use it for parts?
    Drive has never been dropped or bumped -- has never been anywhere except in its box or sitting on my desk.  I can hear a repeating whine/hum sound as the drive tries to spin up, but that is as far as it gets.
