This is a PHOTOCOPY of a Vintage 1950s pattern to make doll clothes for your Miss Revlon Doll. In addition to Miss Revlon, this pattern also fits a large variety of other dolls such as: Sweet Sue, Toni, Cissy, Betsy McCall, Alice, Maggie, Harriet Hubbard Ayer, Miss Curity, Dollikin and Missy. I have this pattern available in a variety of sizes, so please be sure that you are buying the right one. This auction is for the 18" tall doll. So, this pattern will fit dolls with measurements that are similar to a 6-1/2" waist.
This pattern makes: a Dress in the trapeze style trimmed with bows; Coat that is unlined with a wide collar and set-in sleeves; Chemise style Dress with gathered flounce and ribbon trim; Sleeveless Nightgown trimmed with ribbon and bows; Suit with short jacket, pleated skirt and Blouse; Dress with a bubble or harem skirt, no sleeves, ribbon cummerbund and bow trim. I include a color printout of the front cover, a black and white copy of the instructions, back cover and the complete pattern. Please email me with any questions that you have.

The Miss Revlon Doll was made from 1956-1960 by the Ideal Toy Company. Ideal's Revlon Doll was a hugely popular doll. Due to her popularity, several of the leading pattern manufacturing companies made doll clothing patterns to fit her. So, mothers and their daughters could make additional outfits for these darling dolls. The Miss Revlon doll was made in sizes: 15", 18", 20", 22.5" or 23", and 25" or 26" and I have a large assortment of patterns available in each of these sizes.
This pattern was originally created January 15, 1958. The copyright for this pattern has expired and it entered the public domain Jan 1, 1987.
