    Description

    A beautiful one of a kind hand painted depiction of Mazatlan Mexico created in 1989 by Artist Jose Leyva
    The plate is approx 9.75" diameter
    There are a few small scratches on the front that are only noticeable if you turn the plate toward a light. They are almost invisible looking directly at the plate.
