    1 sofa - 6 feet wide, 32 inches deep
    3 chairs - 2 chairs have cushions, 1 with NO cushion

    Authentic Heywood Wakefield Furniture.
    The wood and rattan have signs of wear and should be refinished.
    Cushions are included for measurement purposes only. Their condition is not great and we are not making them part of the purchase price. You can chose not to take them and I'll throw them away.
    This furniture costs much more once refinished (+,000) and is priced accordingly as "used, needing refurbishing."
    If you are set up to refinish then this is a great deal with a nice profit in the end.
    We have no idea how old the set is.
