Vintage PotteryHand Carved * Etched *Incised

Description

I was told this is Native American but I truly don’t know who made this. It is from an estate sale and has no identification. This is what I know. It is 3 1/2 “ wide. It is 2 1/2” tall. It is black and someone painstakingly etched these fish designs on them. It has no chips or cracks but has some wear marks.
