    Description

    This is a vintage STURDI Cedar Chest which was a salesman sample, per stamp on bottom of chest from Indianapolis, patented in 1924.  Found in my in-laws' basement while cleaning out, in very good condition, see photos.  There are others on Ebay but none with the brass ship on the top.   Decorative lock.  Measures approximately 10 1/2 inches long x 6 inches wide by 4 inches tall.  Inside measure approximately 9 inches long by 5 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches deep.  Solid piece, so weighs a bit more to ship.  Shipped from smoke free home to continental US.
