Purchased in April 2021 and in mint condition throughout - only selling because my Celestron RASA order was just unexpectedly delivered and I'm moving further into astrophotography. These are as rare as hen's teeth right now in the USA, so here is a great opportuity to pick one up in near to new condition.
Don't confuse this scope with Vixen's much cheaper VMC200L, this model is significantly different with an added lens to the optical path that produces a flat field. The VC200L retails at 99 when it can be found in stock - which is not that often.
Vixen's VC 200L Reflector telescope an 8" f/9.0 highly corrected telescope. Vixen's unique catadioptric design features a high precision sixth order aspherical primary mirror, a convex secondary mirror and triplet corrector lens. VISAC is an abbreviation for Vixen's Six-Order Aspherical Cassegrain.
Optical Tube Dimensions of 24.4-inch x 9.13-inch (620 mm x 232 mm) length x diameter and Weight of 13.2-pounds (6 kg) for exceptional portability. The telescope comes with the 50mm illuminated finder and Vixen Flip Mirror diagonal and will be delivered in its retail boxes.
