Yokohama.  Oval tag "109".  There is also a printed caption which is covered by the large white label on the front.  It reads "Whole View of Pier, Yokohama."  This can be seen from back.

Note:
The large red brick building is the Yokohama Customs Office Inspection Bureau which was completed in 1894.  The British designed long iron pier was also completed in the same year.  Hand colored.
